How does curbside pickup work?

 

AFTER your order is placed and you have received a confirmation email, you will receive an additional email to know when your items are ready for pick up and where the pickup location will be. ​​

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Items MUST be picked up within 2 days.  AFTER 2 days we will send out a shipping invoice with a shipping fee. If the shipping fee is not paid within 24-48 hours the order is cancelled and not refunded. 

 

What if I need my order the same day? 

 

Please leave a note when checking out stating the time you will need your order by. We will express your order free of charge.

What if I want a refund?

Boss Bags & Clothing values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time. ALL ITEMS are checked for any rips, tears, etc. before they are packaged.
